Resident Experience Manager

Hours: 32 hrs
Pay: £15 p/h + Personal training
The role:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive Resident Experience Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience within a premium residential leisure facility.
This is a varied, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organising events and creating a welcoming community for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for residents.
- Plan and coordinate resident events, wellbeing initiatives, fitness challenges and social activities.
- Build strong relationships with residents, encouraging engagement and gathering feedback.
- Promote events, activities and services to increase participation.
- Manage bookings, enquiries, complaints and day-to-day resident communications.
- Work closely with the Gym & Spa Manager, Estate Management and other stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the leisure facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
- Oversee front-of-house staff and support gym inductions, pool checks and operational procedures.
- Deliver personal training sessions or fitness classes where appropriately qualified.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or resident experience role.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and proactive approach to planning events and engaging residents.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver excellent service.
- A genuine passion for health, wellbeing and creating positive experiences.
- Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualification desirable.
