Our client, a well-established organisation within the health and fitness sector, is seeking an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to lead two clubs across Chester and Liverpool. This is an exciting time to join the business as it continues to invest in its health club offering, with a clear focus on enhancing facilities, services and the overall member experience. The organisation is committed to elevating its proposition to deliver a more premium health and fitness environment, and this role will play a key part in supporting that journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking both clubs to the next level, driving commercial performance while developing high-performing teams and enhancing the overall member experience. We are looking for a people-focused leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of nurturing teams while also delivering strong commercial results across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective day-to-day leadership across both club locations
  • Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the sites
  • Lead, develop and inspire department heads and wider teams
  • Drive membership growth and maximise revenue across multiple income streams
  • Implement operational and commercial strategies to improve performance
  • Enhance the member journey and ensure exceptional customer service standards
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the clubs’ position within the local market

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
