We are working with a leading leisure operator to recruit a Contract Manager for a key contract in South Holland, Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a contract at a pivotal stage, with a major new leisure development due to open in early 2027.
The contract currently operates across two sites:
- A temporary fitness suite and Group Exercise studio
- A swimming pool complex in Spalding
Plans are in place to consolidate these into a brand new, state-of-the-art wet and dry leisure centre, offering a unique opportunity to play a key role in the transition and launch of a flagship facility.
The new facility will bring together a wide range of modern wet and dry leisure offerings, including swimming, fitness, group exercise, sports, wellness, and community spaces, alongside enhanced amenities and an outdoor 3G training pitch.
Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the effective management of the contract, ensuring high standards of service delivery and strong commercial performance. You will play a central role in preparing for the opening of the new leisure centre, leading across multiple areas to ensure operational readiness.

We are looking for an experienced leisure professional, ideally operating at General Manager or multi-site/contract management level. You will be commercially aware, operationally strong, and confident leading teams through change and development projects.
