We are currently looking for a reliable, driven, highly motivated personal trainer to join our personal training team primarily to deliver group and 1-1 inductions for a residential gym within Horsham, RH12 0AX with weekday evening/weekend availability. Successful candidates will need to be registered as self-employed and hold a minimum of 5 million Professional Indemnity Cover within their insurance.
The role will involve:
- Delivering gym induction sessions in small groups and 1-1 settings dependent on client requests.
- Upselling as well as delivering our Personal Training services.
- Providing a high level of customer service to prospective members of the residential gym.
- Delivering comprehensive group gym facility inductions to include the gym, studio, and leisure areas.
- Upon request, delivering specialized 1-1 gym induction sessions consisting of an additional PT consultation and taster session within the appointments.
- Delivering planned, client-specific personal training sessions.
- Being thorough with each induction session on aspects surrounding health and safety protocol and leisure facility rules.
- Liaising with motive8 head office management team to ensure that delivery is consistent and managed professionally.
- Providing advice and guidance to help residents succeed with their fitness journey.
You should also have experience in delivering fitness training sessions, and have a confident and articulate approach to the way you work. Please note you do need to hold valid self-employed insurance (or willing to obtain), as well as a valid Level 3 Personal Training Certification in order to be considered for the role.
