General Manager - Golf A great opportunity is now available for a General Manager to lead a successful golf businesses in the Dibden area of Southampton. This is a multifaceted golf venue with lots of potential for development in the near future, so this is an exciting time to join my client who offers proven career development paths To be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of the golf club To ensure that financial targets are achieved Ensure all staff are displaying, complying and championing the company’s brand values both internally and externally Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. I am searching for a manager with experience in a multi-faceted leisure facility who may have worked within golf. A Club or General Manager with proven experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading a team towards commercial goals. The successful candidate with hold recognised qualifications in leisure and/or golf and be confident in performance reporting and forecast ing.
