Your Role: More Than Just Supervision
- As the face of our luxury gym and spa, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Cultivating a welcoming and thriving wellness community
- Leading and motivating a small team to consistently exceed expectations
- Ensuring the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance
- Collaborating with the Area Manager to maintain and update SOPs, EAPs, and risk assessments in line with industry best practices
- Managing staffing budgets and supporting monthly financial reporting
- Partnering with the wider residential estate team to enhance the overall resident experience
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking someone who’s not just qualified - but ready to make a real impact:
- REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
- Self‑motivated and confident working independently
- Experience in staff and performance management
- Basic understanding of budgets and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of health & safety best practices in leisure settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Desirable Attributes
- Previous experience in luxury gym, spa, or hotel environments
- First aid or pool safety certification
- Pool plant operation experience
