This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, motivated and proactive Marina Manager or General Manager to join a successful Marina and Hospitality business in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the marina and will strive to deliver a first-class experience for all customers ensuring customer service levels are consistently exceeding expectation. You will lead, develop and coach your team in order to achieve commercial targets and customer satisfaction scores. Candidates must be computer literate, quick thinking and skilled in administration. Passionate about world class service, you must take pride in your surroundings. Ensuring the operation is safe, clean and compliant at all times.
The Marina Manager will be accountable for the financial performance of the business and formulate site budgets and pricing policy. In conjunction with the site management teams, you will ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out, along with all routine maintenance. Furthermore, it is vital that all legal, HSE and company policies including financial policies are being adhered to.
Other duties will include managing the social media accounts and assisting with creating regular newsletters. To liaise with central services whilst ensuring effective communication at all levels and reporting deadlines are maintained and that the various departments are kept informed of any reportable/relevant issues at your site.
Lastly, the Marina Manager will be involved in projects that identify and develop new revenue growth streams and best fit products driven by local market conditions.
Salary range is up to c50k base benefits include:
