About the Role: As a Duty Manager & Personal Trainer, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth club operations. Reporting to the Club & Spa Manager, you’ll oversee the facility’s daily running while also having opportunities to grow your personal training business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the club, gym, and spa
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with resident inquiries
- Instruct fitness classes and offer personal training sessions
- Ensure health & safety compliance within the facility
- Work a variety of shifts, including early, mid, late, and weekends
Skills & Experience Required:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer (essential)
- Experience in a 5-star leisure, health, or fitness environment
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder certification (desirable – training available)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in leisure facilities
