Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £33,000–£36,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

4Leisure Recruitment are working with one of the UK's leading leisure operators to recruit an ambitious and driven Fitness Manager for a fantastic leisure facility in Crawley.

The Role
As Fitness Manager, you'll take ownership of the fitness operation, leading and developing a team to deliver an exceptional member experience. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing the fitness team
- Driving personal training performance and group exercise delivery
- Setting clear targets and supporting the team to achieve them
- Creating a strong and engaging gym floor presence
- Driving member engagement, retention and overall satisfaction
- Delivering the centre's fitness strategy and commercial targets
- Managing and monitoring budgets and performance
- Ensuring consistently high standards across the fitness operation
- Building a positive, energetic and welcoming environment for both members and colleagues
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and enjoys getting the best out of people.
You’ll ideally have:
- A minimum Level 3 Fitness qualification
- Previous experience leading or supervising a fitness team
- Experience managing personal training and fitness teams
- A strong understanding of member engagement and retention
- Commercial awareness and experience working towards targets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for helping both members and colleagues achieve their goals
