Capital Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects?
Our client is looking for a Capital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of capital projects across a nationwide portfolio of leisure facilities, sports centres, theatres and golf venues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects from concept through to completion
- Leading contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
- Managing budgets, programmes and project risks
- Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects within live operational environments
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations and relevant standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Experience delivering refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
- Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills
- A construction-related qualification is preferred
- CIOB, RICS, IOSH or SMSTS qualifications are desirable
