What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, motivating atmosphere for members.
- Design and deliver personalised training programs tailored to individual fitness goals.
- Lead gym inductions and group exercise classes.
- Support day-to-day gym floor operations, including cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety procedures.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
What You'll Need:
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Level 3 Personal Trainer certification
- Valid First Aid certification
