Offering a range of fun and exciting interactive activities and events, this flagship venue offers a range of products which the whole family will enjoy.As the General Manager, you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the venues and the delivery of superb customer experience. A key focus will be to drive attendance through different sales and marketing techniques. Using your experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, you will be expected to develop and engage with your staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maximise sales, whilst hitting your EBITDA target.Candidate Profile required:Previous experience in a general management role in HospitalityManaging a Food & Beverage operation, including a licensed bar, is essentialFull budgetary control of £1M+An ability to proactively build relationships with local organisationsAn excellent track record of hitting and exceeding targetsKnowledge of Health and Safety regulations and experience implanting themSound operational managementFor the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow a new site and progress your career.
