A Senior IT Product Manager is required to work on an IT Retail Digital Customer Loyalty Transformation programme. You will have extensive IT Product Management experience, ideally gained within a Retail/Loyalty or Marketing environment, with good knowledge of Web/E-commerce/Digital IT systems and Agile. You will have experience of defining and shipping successful digital products through the full life cycle and have managed an IT system 3rd party supplier vendor selection process from inception to completion. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The role will involve working on the IT Customer Loyalty programme, liaising with the business and stakeholders, defining and communicating the product vision, strategy and roadmap across existing and new customer channels loyalty systems, managing the 3rd party IT Vendor selection process, dealing with the discovery and prioritisation, liaising with the 3rd party suppliers and internal technical teams, then managing the project through the full life cycle to delivery. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. The role will require 2 days a week on site near Leeds.
