We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business
  • Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment
  • Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access
  • Supporting users with: Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, Mobile devices
  • Managing tickets via ServiceNow
  • Supporting device management using Jamf
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction
  • Escalating complex issues as necessary
