We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in IT.
You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support. With strong progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business
- Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment
- Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access
- Supporting users with:
- Windows and Mac OS
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- VPN connectivity
- Mobile devices
- Managing tickets via ServiceNow
- Supporting device management using Jamf
- Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction
- Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
- Strong knowledge ideally of the following:
- Windows OS and Mac
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
- VPN troubleshooting
- Mobile device support
- Jamf (desirable)
- AzureAD/
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
