Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking driven and experienced Business Development Managers to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in traditional water treatment to take ownership of business development activities, build lasting client relationships, and directly contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to customers
  • Demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI) and system optimisation strategies
  • Represent the company with professionalism and technical expertise
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within the water treatment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
    • Steam boilers, Cooling towers and Closed systems
    • Pre-treatment processes (including BX softeners and RO systems)
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify value and optimisation opportunities for clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
