The Role: As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across a variety of commercial environments including offices, schools, hospitals, retail units, and industrial facilities. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and company procedures
  • Completing service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation
  • Responding to breakdowns and emergency callouts
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, and other trades
  • Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
  • Relevant HVAC / F-Gas qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in commercial or industrial environments

  • CSCS card or equivalent
