Looking for more than just another administration role? If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys keeping everything organised and takes pride in being the person everyone relies on, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

My client is a specialist design and build contractor delivering complex projects across the data centre, defence and energy sectors. They are now looking for a Site Secretary to join the team on a flagship hyperscale data centre development in West London.

This is far more than a reception or office administration role. You’ll become an integral part of the project team, helping keep a major construction project running smoothly while supporting site management, engineers, subcontractors and visitors.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the heart of the site office, ensuring everything runs efficiently day to day. From welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings to maintaining project records, ordering supplies and supporting the wider site team, you’ll play a key role in creating a professional, organised and efficient working environment. Every day will be different, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

  • Previous experience in an administration, office support or reception role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a wider project team.
  • Previous experience within construction, engineering or another project based environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential for someone with the right attitude and organisational skills.

What’s on Offer

  • £28,000 to £32,000 salary
  • Competitive pension
  • Private healthcare and cash plan
  • Electric vehicle scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Eyecare vouchers
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering some of the UK’s most technically advanced construction projects, where you’ll become a valued member of a collaborative and supportive team. If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same and your organisational skills can make a real difference, I’d love to hear from you.

Construction relies heavily on collaboration, so mention how you’ve worked successfully with others to complete projects on time and within budget.
