Our client, a highly respected and award-winning health clinic in the New Forest, is seeking a professional and capable Receptionist Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team on a flexible part-time basis.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome clients, providing excellent customer service that reflects the clinic’s outstanding reputation. This varied, client-facing position requires a confident, organised individual thriving in a busy clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional approach
- Managing client communications and appointment bookings efficiently
- Handling payments accurately and maintaining financial records
- Supporting all administrative operations and ensuring GDPR compliance
