We’re working with a leading contractor to appoint a Senior Estimator with strong MEP experience to support a wider strategy of enhancing in-house MEP capability. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to shape how MEP is approached across bids and play a central role in future project wins.
The Role
- Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders
- Analyse tender documentation and develop robust bid strategies
- Build detailed cost plans and coordinate input from internal teams
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to strengthen bid quality
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Support client engagement, tender interviews, and negotiations
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, commercially sound bids that support business growth.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within construction
- Strong MEP knowledge (essential)
