My client is a specialist design and build contractor delivering technically complex projects across the data centre, defence and energy sectors. Their reputation has been built on delivering high quality projects where collaboration, technical excellence and strong leadership make the difference.

They are now looking for a Package Manager to join a flagship hyperscale data centre development in West London, where you'll take ownership of key project packages from pre-construction through to handover.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be responsible for the safe, commercial and successful delivery of your allocated package. Working closely with design, engineering, commercial, procurement and construction teams, you'll ensure everything is in place before work starts, monitor progress throughout delivery and drive projects through to a high quality, defect free handover. You'll manage programme, cost, quality, subcontractors and technical coordination, ensuring your package is delivered safely, on time and in line with contractual requirements. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on one of the UK's most significant data centre developments.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • Experience delivering construction packages on major projects.
  • A strong background working for a main contractor.
  • Good commercial awareness with experience managing package budgets and programme delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance and health and safety.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within data centres, mission critical, defence, energy, industrial or other technically complex construction environments would be highly desirable.
  • A CSCS Black Card and SMSTS, with a construction-related HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification.

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working collaboratively to keep projects moving forward.

  • Competitive pension
  • Private healthcare and cash plan
  • Electric vehicle scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Eyecare vouchers
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering some of the UK's most technically advanced construction projects, where you'll have real responsibility, work alongside experienced professionals and continue to develop your career.
