p strong Director – Investment Bank Monitoring | Property Construction /strong /p p br /p p strong London | Flexible Hybrid Working /strong /p p strong £90,000 – £120,000 + £7,700 Car Allowance + 20% Bonus /strong /p p br /p p Are you an experienced strong MRICS Monitoring Surveyor /strong looking for a Director level opportunity where you can genuinely influence and grow a service line? /p p br /p p I’m recruiting on behalf of a strong large, independent property and construction consultancy /strong with a strong UK presence and an established reputation advising investors, developers and institutional clients. /p p br /p p Due to continued growth and client demand, they are looking for a Director to help lead and further develop their strong Investment Bank Monitoring /strong offering. /p p There is already an established client base and work to deliver. They now want someone with the technical credibility, commercial relationships and ambition to help take the service forward. /p p You’ll work across major property and construction projects including industrial and logistics, offices, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build to Rent. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p This is a senior, hands on position combining technical monitoring delivery, client relationships, leadership and business development. /p p You’ll be responsible for: /p ul li Delivering end to end bank and investment monitoring /li li Managing and developing relationships with existing investor and institutional clients /li li Using your own network to generate new opportunities and introductions /li li Helping shape the strategy and future direction of the Monitoring service /li li Working collaboratively with other disciplines across the wider consultancy /li li Driving consistency, best practice and quality /li li Supporting, coaching and developing members of the team /li li Raising the profile of the Monitoring service both internally and externally /li /ul p br /p p This isnt a role where youll simply manage from the sidelines.
