Location: Roper Road, Canterbury and Maypole Farm & Haven Nook, Kent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We work in close partnership with families and carers, schools, and local authorities to provide nurturing, inclusive, and outcomes-focused education that builds confidence, reduces barriers, and helps students re-engage with learning. The Role

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. This role involves overseeing market research, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proven track record in digital marketing, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Development
    • Develop and implement transformational marketing strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging new ideas, market research and trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Social Media Management
    • Create original ideas and deliver engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
    • Foster community engagement by responding to audience interactions and facilitating discussions.
  • Brand Management
    • Uphold and enhance the brand identity through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with design teams to ensure all brand materials reflect the desired image and standards.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation
    • Deliver transformational copy for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and messaging, while also being engaging and informative.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create new ideas and content that resonates with target audiences and delivers action.
  • Campaign Execution and Analysis
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring results that meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
    • Use data analytics to assess campaign creativity and performance and make informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
    • Report on marketing metrics and insights to senior management, providing recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead all marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
    • Facilitate regular cross-team meetings to brainstorm ideas, review progress, and align on goals.
    • Encourage open communication and feedback among Group team members to enhance team dynamics and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
    • Implement best practices for marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Regularly review and refine marketing strategies based on performance data and market changes.
    • Uphold high standards of quality in all marketing outputs, ensuring they reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.
