  • We're looking for an experienced

Senior Project Controls Engineer to join the team delivering a major hyperscale data centre development in Acton, West London.

This is a rare opportunity to join a landmark project that is transforming a former brownfield site into two new hyperscale data centres, alongside a new office building and electrical substation.

Following major demolition, remediation and enabling works, the project has moved into its next phase of delivery, and project controls will play a critical role in its success.

The Role

As the

Senior Project Controls Engineer , you'll lead the reporting and analytics function across the project, ensuring accurate, reliable and timely information is available to support project teams and senior stakeholders.

Working closely with Planning, Commercial and Delivery teams, you'll transform project data into meaningful insight, helping to drive informed decision making and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of project controls reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Analysing project performance data to provide meaningful insight and support decision making.
  • Managing project data, governance and reporting quality.
  • Supporting the integration of planning, cost, risk and performance information.
  • Driving reporting automation and improving reporting efficiency.
  • Supporting project teams with reporting tools, training and best practice.
  • Promoting consistent project controls standards across the project.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • Experience working as a Project Controls Engineer or Senior Project Controls Engineer on major construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • A solid understanding of project controls, programme management and construction delivery.
  • Experience managing project data, reporting structures and information governance.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Fabric or similar reporting platforms.
  • Construction, infrastructure or mission critical project experience.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Data Science or a related discipline is desirable.
