4Cyte Pathology is an Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory.
We are looking for experienced Pathology Collectors in Cheltenham and Bayside Areas. Your primary duties will include:
- Collecting blood and other specimens from patients
- Performing ECGs and Holter monitoring
Skills and experience:
- Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients
- Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and participate in weekend rosters at our collection centres
- Clerical duties and paperwork processing
- Own car and current driver’s license preferred
- Effective communication with team, referring doctors, and patients
- Dedication to patient care and service delivery
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
