4Cyte Pathology is an Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory.
We are currently seeking experienced Pathology Collectors in and around the Rochester Area. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Pathology.
Responsibilities:- Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients, including performing ECGs, Holter monitoring, and BP monitoring.
- Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method.
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients.
- Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors.
- Experience in Paediatric and Neonatal Collections.
- Processing of Pathology Specimens.
- Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster in any of our collection centres.
- Clerical duties and process paperwork.
- Own car and current driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors, and patients.
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comply with Work Health and Safety Requirements.
