4Cyte Pathology is an Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory.

We are currently seeking experienced Pathology Collectors to join our team, servicing the Liverpool area and surrounding suburbs. Casual positions available.

Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECG's and Holter monitoring.

  • Proven experience in pathology specimen collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Flexibility to travel across various locations

Skills and experience:

  • Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
  • Collection of blood and other samples from patients
  • Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
  • Processing of Pathology Specimens
  • Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster in any of our collection centres
  • Clerical duties and process paperwork
  • Own car and current driver licence is required
  • Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patients
  • Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery
  • Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comply with Work Health and Safety
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
