We are seeking experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals to join our elite team to provide high-quality and cutting-edge telecommunications technology services across the UK. As a Telesales Executive, your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. You will undergo comprehensive training and receive a life-changing commission package. We believe in fostering talent and providing clear career development pathways to help you progress and achieve your goals. As part of an award-winning business, you’ll be working in a dynamic, supportive, and exciting environment. Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.
What do we offer our Telesales Executive?
- A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior.
- Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £80,000, with top performers earning in excess of £130,000 per annum.

- Early Friday Finish: 2pm finish on a Friday once targets are hit.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 – no evenings or weekend work.
