We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a People Partner, you will support the Head of People by providing strategic and operational support across various HR disciplines to key business stakeholders, including employee relations, talent management, and organisational development. You will collaborate with the People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver a holistic partnering approach to stakeholders. Please note, this role requires maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
- A CIPD qualification.
- Extensive generalist HR experience at an equivalent level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective people-focused solutions, coaching senior leaders, and implementing best practices in people management.
- Serve as a primary contact for managers and department leads for HR support and guidance.
- Advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance cases.
- Lead and support HR projects such as engagement surveys, Skills Matrices, and organisational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and the Learning & Development team to design and deliver relevant training.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews, including appraisals and salary reviews.
- Provide proactive advice on HR policies and processes covering recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.
- Generate HR MI reports for Directors and Managers, with recommendations for improvements.
