We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.
As a Billing Administrator, you will be assisting the billing team leader in the set up of new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, managing customers’ expectations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
This role is fully office based in Bournemouth on a 12-24 month secondment, fixed term contract.
