We are 4Com ; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth and we are currently seeking a target driven Sales Coach to join our Field based Sales team.
As a Sales Coach, you’ll attend meetings alongside the Sales Executives in the growth team with clients and prospective clients to sell the Company’s products and services. You will ensure all aspects of the sales process are completed efficiently and correctly. You will report to the Sales Director on performance and training requirements of the team.

- Happy to attend pre-booked appointments nationwide.
Responsibilities for a Sales Coach will include:
- Attend sales appointments with the growth sales team. Identifying training deficiencies and other problem areas in Sales Executives who are not meeting targets
- This is a national role, so the expectation is that you will be away from home during the working week. However, all hotels are pre booked and paid for by us with an additional £25 per night food allowance.
- To provide in depth sales reports on all assessed appointments with the sales team (email and Excel format)
- Analyse and report on sales performance to draw conclusions for areas of focus and feedback to Sales Director
- Relay structured feedback to the Growth sales team on reports after assessment
- To attend weekly sales management meetings on a Friday
- Attend sales appointments to cover any sickness or holidays from the sales team.
- Assist the Sales Director in the training and support of new Sales Executives joining the team.
- To adhere to and manager the company’s HR policies, being responsible for and reporting the team’s sickness, holiday and general conduct. Reporting any issues immediately to the Sales Director and HR Department
