We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a conscientiousCustomer Service Administratorto join the team.
As a Customer Service Administrator , you will arrange for 4Com services to be installed into our new customers and arrange the transfer of their existing service providers across to 4Com. Working closely with our suppliers you will provide our customers with excellent support and a seamless installation experience.

What would I be doing as a Customer Service Administrator at 4Com?
- As a Customer Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact on the customers journey when being onboarded to the 4Com Network.
- You will be arranging new services to be installed and arrange the transfer of existing services from other providers into the 4Com Network
- You will be working closely with our suppliers and ensuring they provide the customer with a seamless installation experience
- Ensuring all services are provisioned and the customer is kept up to date with the progress of their installation and making them aware of any delays or problems that occur.
