We are seeking experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals to join our elite team to provide high-quality and cutting-edge telecommunications technology services across the UK.

As aCall Centre Agent, your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. You will undergo comprehensive training and receive a life-changing commission package.

Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.

What do we offer our Call Centre Agents?

  • A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior.
  • Uncapped Commission : Realistic OTE of £80,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of £130,000 per annum.

  • Weekly Incentives: Paid trips away, vouchers and prizes to take home.
  • Early Friday Finish: 2pm finish on a Friday once targets are hit.
  • Holidays: 24 days holiday + bank holidays which increases with longevity of service.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30-17:00 – no evenings or weekend work.

In return for this we are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 6-month\’s experience in a sales role previously.
  • Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets.
  • Is hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges.
  • Is i nfluential, persuasive and a strong communicator.
  • Has a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Is outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast paced environment.
