We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team. As a Billing Administrator , you will assist the billing team leader in setting up new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved promptly, manage customers’ expectations, and provide excellent customer service throughout. Please note that this role is office-based in Bournemouth.
