Fletchers is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of reconciling data during acquisition periods, ensuring financial accuracy, data integrity, and effective controls are in place across the business. You’ll play a vital part in protecting against bad debt, supporting external partner relationships, and driving continuous process improvement.

Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you’ll design and implement robust reconciliation and control processes pre and post system migrations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and making a tangible impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.
