Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed bills of costs, cost schedules and cost estimates.
- Review of opponents' points of dispute and preparation of replies.
- Preparation of cost budgets.
- Reviewing opponents' cost budgets, preparing BDRs, precedent Ts and entering into negotiations.
- Potential to attend CCMC hearings.
- Ensuring that the quality of work produced is to the highest standard.
- Managing daily workloads and achieving service level agreements.
- Working to deadlines and prioritising matters to ensure targets are delivered.
- Keeping the client regularly updated on the current situation of matters.
- Maintaining good working relationships with internal colleagues.
- Being responsible for maximising the firm's profitability whilst maintaining the highest client care standard.
- Adhering to the firm's policies.
- Any other duties reasonably required by the business.

- Experience with Proclaim.
- Experience with Cost Master.
