Join our Finance team as an Acquisitions Reconciliation Analyst. You will help resolve supplier queries, reconcile balances, and support our growing business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries across case‑management systems
- Liaising with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
- Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters
- Processing disbursement payments
- Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers
- Reconciling data within Excel
- Assisting team members across the business with queries
- Working closely with the Finance Integration team
- Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
- Other administrative tasks as required
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Excel/Microsoft skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Legal Cashier experience

- Experience with case‑management systems
- Involvement in acquisition/integration processes
