About the role
As a Solutions Consultant at 4C Strategies, you will support organisations to successfully adopt and use the 4C Resilience Platform, enabling confident go-live and effective early use in complex operational environments. You will lead customer-facing delivery activities including discovery workshops, platform configuration, training, and post-go-live support. Working closely with customers, you will translate requirements into practical platform configurations and guide stakeholders through implementation and adoption. The role sits within 4C's delivery organisation and involves close collaboration with Support, Infrastructure, Product, and Sales teams. You will work with customers primarily in the UK, often operating in regulated or mission-critical contexts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of 4C's implementation approach and delivery quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of customer implementations of the 4C Resilience Platform, supporting discovery, configuration, go-live, and early adoption with professionalism and rigour.
- Configure customer environments including workflows, roles and permissions, templates, reporting, and customer-specific fields, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Translate post-sale requirements into clear configuration approaches, implementation plans, documentation, and handover materials.
- Plan and facilitate discovery and alignment workshops with a range of stakeholders, including executives, programme leads, operational teams, and system administrators.
- Design and deliver practical training for end users and administrators, both face-to-face and online, including 1:1 and group sessions.
- Provide structured post-go-live support to build customer confidence and drive effective platform adoption during early-life usage.
- Triage and coordinate issue resolution by gathering evidence, clearly explaining impact, and working with internal Support, Infrastructure, and Product teams to progress issues to closure.
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement by identifying recurring implementation patterns and strengthening internal playbooks, best practices, and tooling.
- Support opportunity development and sales activity where required, contributing delivery insight, technical input, and platform demonstrations.
- Represent 4C professionally and exemplify collaborative, customer-focused, and values-led delivery.
About you
You are a customer-focused delivery professional with strong technical judgement and a practical mindset. You take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and remain calm and structured when managing issues or ambiguity. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others, and you are trusted to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and escalade appropriately when needed. You enjoy enabling others to succeed by turning complex requirements into clear, usable solutions.
We believe you bring

- Ability to translate customer needs, requirements, and pain points into functional workflows and practical platform solutions.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Incident Management, Continuity Management, or Risk Management.
- Exposure to regulated environments.
- Experience with version control systems, databases, scripting, or basic SQL.
- Understanding of SSO authentication and authorisation.
