We work at senior levels on crisis management, business continuity management (BCM) and operational resilience where decisions matter.
We are hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Crisis and Resilience consulting practice. This role suits someone with solid experience in crisis management, BCM or operational resilience who is ready to lead client engagements, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to account growth.
Responsibilities
- Crisis management, BCM and operational resilience engagements
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plans and frameworks
- Crisis exercises, tabletop exercises and simulations
- Advisory support to senior leaders in regulated and public sector organisations
- Leading delivery teams and shaping client opportunities
Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years' experience in crisis management, BCM, operational resilience or emergency management
- Experience with UK regulated organisations, public sector or Critical National Infrastructure
- Consulting or advisory background preferred
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leading delivery
- MBCI, CBCI or equivalent professional accreditation is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 22301 or UK operational resilience expectations is an advantage
