As a Reservations Agent, You Will Be Expected To:
- Ensure our guests have a positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
- Be responsible for organising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures.
- Ensure that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
