Have you worked as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or Reservations Agent before? Do you have experience with Opera? Our cosy 130‑bedroom hotel is based in the heart of Camden Town. The hotel is small enough for you to get noticed, yet big enough to gain great experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
- Organise and follow up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, and ensure that all necessary information is communicated to other departments so that guest requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Good Opera knowledge
- Excellent communicator
- Strong work ethic
- Good organisation skills
