Responsibilities

  • Acts as the hotel's Hotel Manager during the night, overseeing all property operations to ensure highest levels of hospitality and service.
  • Represents property management in resolving guest‑related situations.
  • Manages Front Desk associates’ queries, training and development, working closely with the Front of House Manager.
  • Anticipates times of overbooking, liaising with senior rooms management and revenue teams to secure satisfactory alternative accommodations.
  • In partnership with Security takes responsibility for Hotel Security and Safety, including hotel evacuations, security issues and health and safety regulations.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures; maintains uniform and personal appearance in line with the Westin Brand; keeps proprietary information confidential.

  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and GXP Empower a plus.
