We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to ensure guest safety, oversee accurate completion of the night audit, conduct inspections of both front and back‑of‑house areas (Front Office, Food & Beverage outlets), and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves serving food and alcohol.
Schedule: 4 shifts on – 4 shifts off pattern, with shift variations from week to week to meet business demands. Working hours may include weekends and public holidays.
