- What We Expect From You
- We are looking for a team player with great leadership skills who can communicate well with others
- Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems and OPERA
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
- Minimum 1 year maintenance experience within hospitality industry is a must
- As a Maintenance Team Member You Will
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable guest experience.
- Perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they impact guests or operations.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, fire, and hotel brand standards.
- Maintain hotel facilities, fixtures, and equipment to the highest standard of cleanliness and functionality.
