What We Expect From You
- We are looking for a team player with great leadership skills who can communicate well with others
- Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems and OPERA
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
- Minimum 1 year Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager experience within hospitality industry is a must
As a Maintenance Manager You Will
- Ensure the execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme
- Manage and monitor all utilities and ensures its effective operation
- Being the Health and safety representative for the building
- Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audit to ensure compliance
- Ensure all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard
- Supervise, train and develop maintenance team members
