Located in the heart of vibrant Camden Town , our cosy 130‑bedroom hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Camden Town Underground station. We're small enough for you to get noticed and make a real impact, yet big enough to offer fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and gain valuable experience.
As a Reservations Agent, You Will Be Expected To
Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
You will be responsible for organising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, in addition to ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
