What We Need From You
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of spa services and spa operating procedures.
- Strong customer and associate relations skills.
- Excellent understanding of the health, well-being and beauty sector, especially skin and massage services.
- Good training skills and ability to train all Spa Therapists to carry out treatments to a high standard.
- Will lead by example with strong retail sales and client care.
- Preferably four years’ experience at a luxury resort, hotel or health facility at five-star level.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is desirable.
