Role Summary
A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Associate at The Westin London City. You will report to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first and last point of contact with the guest in the hotel’s food and beverage areas.
- You will be serving guests at the table.
- Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, safe and tidy.
- Setting and resetting of tables in the restaurant before guests arrive and after they leave.
- Liaising with the kitchen team and assisting with beverage service.
- Learning opportunities through Marriott & 4C training portals.
What We Need From You

- Wine knowledge and service.
- Spirits/general beverage knowledge.
- Excellent food service skills.
- Team player who can be flexible and cover shifts and work in other areas as part of the weekly rota.
- Flexible to work between different duties in the food & beverage operations depending on business need.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star environment is desirable.
- Oral & written fluency in English. Additional language is a plus.
