About The Role:
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Handle petty cash and expense claims
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts
- Assist in preparing financial reports for audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
About The Candidate:
- Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within Hilton Hotels
- You will have strong numerical and analytical skills with a close attention to detail
- Education: AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent (or studying towards)
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage, Procure Wizard)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
