What you'll be doing:

  • Set the standards with regards to preparation and presentation of the breakfast food offering.
  • Engage and communicate with guests regarding the breakfast offering.
  • Manage your breakfast service and ensure agreed standards are achieved.
  • Carry out any other reasonable task requested by a member of the management team to enable the business to run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food or in the cleaning down of the section as and when required due to the workload.
  • Maintain constant quality control of all food prepared and cooked ensuring it is to the Head Chef’s and Restaurant standards.

  • Understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations on all policies and procedures such as fire, hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action.
  • Experience in a similar role in a 5‑star hotel or a desire to learn.
